Message from Clay

Welcome to Jenkins Law Office. My name is Clay Jenkins and I’ve had a general practice in Sheridan, Wyoming since 1984. I mitigate disasters. Because I have a general practice, I deal with many problems, because disasters come in many forms. I emphasize personal injury and criminal defense. Sometimes, the personal injury is a result of medical malpractice; sometimes a defective product, and sometimes bad driving. Sometimes the disaster is a divorce, or custody battle. Sometimes, it is planning after a terrible diagnosis.

In addition to my J.D., I have a bachelor’s degree in classical languages. My knowledge of Greek and Latin allows me to “speak doctor.” And understand medical and psychological records.

I regard each case as an equation: I balance the potential benefits versus the cost of obtaining them. Sometimes a headline grabbing verdict is actually a financial disaster, because of the expenses of obtaining it.
